The service

Costmanager.online is operated by Amir Sadeghi. It helps you record receipts and analyse your spending and prices. Extracted data may contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing it before saving.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.

Plans and payment

New accounts get a 3-month free trial of Premium with no card required. After the trial, Premium costs €1.99 per month and Pro costs €4.99 per month, VAT included.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to, attempt to break or overload the service, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Your content

Your receipts remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, including the anonymous price index described in the Privacy Policy.

No financial advice

Insights and price comparisons are informational and based on recorded receipts. They are not financial advice and prices in shops may differ.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on the app's data. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where you reside as a consumer.
